Wild Mountain Tea
The Wild Mountain Tea grows on rotten rocks, the medium on oak soil and the inferior on yellow earth. The wild ones are superior, the cultivated ones are secondary, reference from an ancient Chinese book “The Classic of Tea”.
Wild mountain tea refers to the old tea tree communities that is naturally transplanted in high mountain wilderness areas. These are not artificially cultivated tea gardens but grow in their natural state. The growth environment is generally at an altitude of about 700 meters in high mountains and wilderness.
There, high mountains overlap, ridges undulate, streams criss-cross, and forests are dense, forming a unique ecological environment. The high mountains are shrouded in clouds all year round, with high humidity, short sunshine hours, abundant diffused light, and moderate temperatures, with deep and fertile soil.
The wild tea trees grow in this unique environment all year round, soaking up the mist and dew every morning and evening, resulting in plump buds and tender leaves with visible white hairs, which is conducive to the formation of nitrogen compounds. The tea leaves contain high levels of amino acids, caffeine, and other effective components.

Seeking The Wilderness
Tea picking occurs between February, March, and April. The tender shoots of tea grow on rotten rocks and fertile soil, reaching four to five inches long, like the sprouting of brambles and ferns, picked under the dew. The buds of tea grow on the tops of bushes, with three, four, or five branches, and we select the most outstanding among them for picking. We do not pick on rainy days or when there are clouds on sunny days, referenced from the ancient Chinese book "The Classic of Tea".
