White Silver Needle Tea 2022 Second Grade

All the tea leaves come from the Panxi high-mountain production area. Panxi Town, representing the high altitude of Fuding, has an excellent ecological environment. The wild mountains hidden in Panxi Town are full of vitality. On the wild mountains, apart from mountains, there are only flowers, plants and trees, and these wild mountains are regarded as the lungs of Fuding. The tea trees growing on the wild mountains are freely growing in their natural state due to free-range management. Their roots grow deeper, absorbing the spiritual essence of the wild mountains. The ecology is more natural, and they are bathed in the morning dew and dawn light. Only in such an environment can the tea leaves have the charm of the wilderness. However, picking tea leaves on the wild mountains is extremely difficult. On the wild mountains, the tea trees grow freely, making it inconvenient to pick them. Moreover, the paths in the mountains are hidden among flowers and trees, making it difficult to walk. Only three or four pounds of tea leaves can be picked in a day, which is different from the usual artificial tea gardens that can easily pick more than ten pounds at a time.

The picked tea leaves need to be carefully taken care of. We searched everywhere for local tea farmers who have inherited the tea-making techniques from generation to generation and adopted the traditional ancient tea-making process. By integrating the unique mountain field atmosphere of each region, we present the wild-grown tea to every tea lover through manual tea-making methods.

Dry Tea : The tea buds are plump and covered with white down.

Each bud is very plump, just like a little fatty. The whole tea bud is covered with white down, and the amino acid-rich white down completely wraps around the bud.

Aroma : Prominent downy aroma, sweet and fragrant with rich floral notes. The downy aroma is obvious, and the feeling of the downy aroma hitting the nose is direct. Beyond the downy aroma, there seems to be a sweet taste in the fragrance, with rich and intense floral aromas.

Taste : Fresh and sweet

Freshness is the sensation in the center of the tongue, similar to the fresh feeling brought by drinking a bowl of fish soup. The sweetness is like the sweetness of rock sugar. The combination of sweetness and freshness is so perfect.
