The production process of Fuding Shoumei is relatively simple, mainly including withering and drying. Withering is a crucial step in determining the quality of Shoumei. Through sun withering or indoor withering, the moisture in the tea leaves naturally dissipates, prompting a series of changes in the substances contained in the tea leaves.
