This tea originates from the mountains of Fuding, where the superior ecological environment lends a unique wild flavour to this nine-year-aged Bai Mudan 2016. After nine years of careful aging, Bai Mudan 2016 is finally on the market. Its processing techniques are highly refined, thanks to the seasoned tea masters at the factory who possess extensive experience in tea crafting. Such excellent raw material naturally demands equally superb craftsmanship. Only in their hands can the tea leaves, consisting of one bud and two leaves, fully exhibit their superb quality.
The tea boasts a sweet and mellow aroma with a prominent downy fragrance. Made from high-grade raw material sourced from the mountains and aged for nine years, the buds are covered with fine tea hairs. When brewed with boiling water, the tea liquor is golden yellow, clear, and bright. Upon lifting the lid, a strong downy aroma fills the air, accompanied by the fruity sweetness of years of aging, both intense and lingering. The tea liquor itself is sweet and mellow, gliding smoothly across the mouth like jelly, leaving a honeyed after-taste that fills the entire oral cavity. After brewing, the tea leaves appear gray-green, with plump and adorable buds that are soft and vibrant.
The design of this gift box is also distinctive, inspired by mountain mist and the Maritime Silk Road. Smooth and flowing lines depict the continuous mountain ranges and roaring waves, while the sails bobbing with the waves symbolize the continuation and development of Chinese tea culture. This design imbues the gift box with cultural value and a sense of history, echoing the seven-year aging process of white tea. The sliding gift box is simple and easy to use, unfolding with a sense of ceremony. The gold stamping process gives the box a shimmering and luxurious appearance from every angle, resembling the golden downy hue of white tea under ample sunlight, offering a novel visual and sensory experience.
